Constitution of CIPMN’s Council as provisioned for in the ACT.

  1. Chairman of the council of the Institute
  2. President of the Institute
  3. Two vice Presidents of the Institutes
  4. A coordinator from each of the six geopolitical zones of the Federation
  5. A representative from the Federal Ministry of –
    • Finance
    • Works and Housing, and
    • Education
  6. Two representatives of the Nigeria Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA)
  7. Immediate past President of the Institute
  8. A representative from the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment
  9. The Registrar of the Institute, who shall also be the Secretary of the Council
