Company Clearance, Certification and Licensing Requirements

    1. Company CAC and Memart Documents
    2. Proof that the company is active and has filed its annual returns with CAC.
    3. Summary of Company’s activities to include contact address and information.
    4. Proof of Address of company
    5. Name, email and phone number of company contact person.

Other Requirements

    1. Company to provide details of names of Minimum two staff members that are CIPMN Chartered License Members
    2. Company to produce its Project Management Office (PMO) Organisational chart and governance structure.

 

Company Clearance and Project Management Office (PMO) Setup

As part of the clearance process, CIPMN will support companies to set up their PMO process. Support will include:

  1. Templates for Project Governance
  2. Free advisory as regards project delivery
  3. Support with the provision of skilled, vetted, and licensed Project Managers when needed.
  4. Display of clearance status on the CIPMN’s website which will aid with marketing.
  5. Support with the provision of skilled, vetted, and trusted subject matter experts to help with project delivery.
  6. Support with advertising company services.
